By downloading, installing, or using Radion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Radion is a radio streaming application that allows you to browse and listen to live radio stations from around the world. The App provides access to third-party radio streams and does not host or produce any audio content itself.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Radion only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to record, redistribute, or rebroadcast radio streams
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Radio Content

Radion provides access to radio stations operated by independent third parties. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content broadcast by these stations, including music, talk shows, advertisements, or any other material.

Radio station availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain working station links but cannot guarantee the availability of any specific station.

5. Premium Subscription

Radion offers a premium subscription with additional features. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Subscription pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the App before purchase.

6. Free Tier & Advertising

The free version of Radion may display advertisements. Ads are served by third-party advertising networks and are subject to their own terms and policies. We strive to keep ads non-intrusive and will never interrupt active audio playback with advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Radion app, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Cloud24 Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Radio station names, logos, and broadcast content are the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Radion is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Radio streams will always be available or of a particular quality
• The App will meet your specific requirements

You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud24 Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
